A letter to IOMS Members:

I am writing to inform you that, due to multiple unforeseen circumstances, the in-person CME seminar
that was scheduled for November 13-15, 2025 in Chicago, IL has been reformatted.

Do not worry, however! The IOMS Board of Trustees and Education Committee has decided to transition
to a virtual format for this year’s CME offerings. We will be offering CME via virtual platform on our
website beginning in January 2026. These lectures will be available through June 2026 so participants
can view and obtain their CME at their leisure. We will plan on offering the same amount of CME hours
that were planned for the in-person seminar (21 hours of AOA category 1 CME), and perhaps more if
they become available.

For those who have already registered and paid fees for this year’s event, your registration fees will be
refunded to you in full by December 31 to the original method of payment. Further information regarding registration fees for the virtual CME will be

coming in the near future.

The IOMS apologizes for any inconvenience that this may have caused, however we feel that this is an
opportunity for our organization to continue to improve our offerings to our membership to continue innovating for the future. We intend to continue
the in-person seminar in December 2026. As always, we appreciate your membership, passion, and dedication to the IOMS.

The IOMS will continue with our mission to protect, advocate, maintain, and support the philosophy of osteopathic
medicine for the benefit of the profession and the patients it serves by providing education, state and national advocacy, membership networking, and more.
